My Spider-man .. Well Speedball should have been. I was 16 when Speedy here first made his appearance I thought he was the most original idea i had seen since i had began comics. I saw alot of similarities between him and Spidey. I was certain he was gonna be the next big thing. I think that Ditko was just not what people wanted at the time for the character. Thou i did like his stuff on it. But for me it was how the character was handled on New Warriors that really killed it for me.
