Ian - far be it for me and my pathetic skills to give you advice, but if I can make one suggestion to tweak it would be his eyelashes.  They should come to a point on the tops and bottoms, and the bottom set is too long and thick.  I hope you don't take this as an attack, just a suggestion to make your already stunning work a bit more real.

James - I'm diggin' it.  Nice bud.
