75 seconds?? Pretty dang good for 75 seconds, Mr. Hansel! I am pausing from my story to work on some art...in a StarChild Rising mood...let's see what inspiration births!

Second one...only because it looks COOL...all though, I'd flatten the colors a wee bit more for the second one...to make it look more in tune with the vintage...

The first one.

But then, take the entire print run, dump them in the back alley, and have
a bunch of kids kick them around until they look like the second one.
I much prefer actual distressing over Photoshop distressing.

Nice work, Anthony!  I'd probably pick up the second version.  I agree with Mathew's suggestion that you should use flat coloring instead of shaded coloring to achieve a more "old school" feel.  I also think the colors could be a little brighter while still keeping the "old read and reread copy" look you're trying to achieve.
