Lots of cool new folks, too and soms retunring peeps, too! This is an
awesomely active bunch of art-making fools we have here! And that's a
damn good thing!
I did this for the awesome Illustration Friday thie sweek's topic was Robot.
I love the Oz characters and although I love drawing all kinds of robots, I
decided to draw one of the earlier imagined robots, Tiktok.
Hope you like it!

Awesome Cyclops Bill. I really like it.
This is my Polaris for the This week art jam.
My concept is that Polaris might be a little bit vain, so she is getting ready in
her own way. I also assume that her costume is magnetic like her dad's.

Did this for a drawing contest on another board. Topic was redesigning Cap if the short-lived rumor had proven true.

New BattleWorlds Post!
SHAMAN of Amazonia by GE
As elder statesman for the Amazonian City-State on Planet Terra, Shaman rules with a balance of a warrior's hand and compassionate heart. At the diminutive size of only 5 feet in height, his opponents early in his tenure made the mistake of judging Shaman by his size, as the Amazonian proved to be a champion combatant. Over time, his bold tactics and steady leadership found favor with the people, as the Council appointed him as Shaman of Amazonia.
His life as Shaman was not without tragedy. The rivalry between his two young daughters, Sol and Angra, tore his family apart and would bring about a new terrible war between the Amazonians and the Scorp magic-wielding Shadow Warriors.
In the autumn of his years, Shaman will one day pass on his mantle to his daughter Sol. Until then, he must continue to lead his people, holding his Sun Staff with an assured and hopeful hand.

Tried to loosen up my pencils with this one. The perspective and anatomy are screwed up about eight different ways, but I like it.

Hi, Paulo...guys...well thanks to graveyard shifts, I slept most of the day yesterday and stayed up all night until 6:38 AM to do part of the last page of my story! I will gladly mail someone the Bristol board original if you would like to ink it or see the original art! Scanners do things no justice at all! It looks so much better up close!
The story takes place where the Nightcrawler mini-series took off...with Mephisto's implied threat of world domination. It is the year 2021, and Kurt and Elissa have a son named Stefan, who has an interesting inheritance in the way of powers! (D. Cockrum shared his first idea with me as to whom he wanted Kurt's father to be originally...and that was Nightmare! Did you know that nightmare in German is the word Albtraum, which translates to elf-dream? And who is called an elf constantly other than Kurt? Also elves in Germanic lore are tied in with changelings, and in German lore, you get rid of a changeling by throwing it into the river in the hopes of finding your real child! What did Mystique do but throw the infant Kurt into the water? It all fit too well, and I don't know if Dave realized it! So Nightmare in my universe is Kurt's father and adds to the story immensely since Mephisto is a supernatural demonic type too! Stefan generates vortices to travel interdimensionally, and can see into the spiritual plane, dividing truth from fiction...i.e.-what is a true spirit or a physical aberration of a lost soul. Stefan is part alien and part mutant.Elissa is from an alien world where the mutant population is bound in a telempathic community by what I termed the Binding, so Stefan shares in that heritage, as well as Kurt, because when you become one with a N'hilrain (Starclan) you become one in the Binding!
I wish you could see my original, guys...it is so much better to see the pencil strokes as is...the scanner doesn't do it any justice! Please feel free to e-mail me and i will mail my original to someone if they want to ink it or ad-lib some! I could use a cohort in my artistic endeavours! You know I can't ink!

Part two needs work...I shouldn't have tried to use MS-Paint maybe? I wish my perspective looked better...harumph! But my original is so sweet!! I am mad it didn't come across with the scanner! I will attempt a touch up and repost this, but I was up from midnight until now doing this! Graveyards!
The warehouse is in Queens, and will be the base of operations for the team in the story. They are trying to rescue people from what is left of New York, and still interface with the rest of the world! The city is overrun with Mephisto's minions! As I said, I am basing it where Roberto Aquirre-Sacasa's Nightcrawler series left off! A little ultimate good versus evil tale!
I am planning another page to this once I touch up the bottom half. I didn't realize that a couple of pages of text could be such a labor to draw! Labor of love! Next panels...Kurt teleports down to give them a reprimand which he can't keep up for long because he is so glad to see them safe and sound!
