I like the sense of whimsy in your Captain America sketch, Sergio. One small technical point, however, if I may: the bullets (if they are bullets) bouncing off Cap's shield would not arc like that -- at least, not that soon. The energy loss would be minimal, and their course away from the shield surface would be straight for quite some distance.*

*Well -- technically, a bullet or anything else striking Cap's shield would lose most or even all of its energy, and just drop to the ground. That's never been how the effect has been portrayed in the comics, however. If it had, Cap hitting someone or something with his shield would have no effect!

I've long been aware of the fact the shield absorbs the impact of stuff coming at Cap ( thanks for having him fall and land on his shield BTW. I wondered for years why he never did that until you made it happen.) but I've never thought of the reverse occurring. It never even entered my mind. Thanks, JB.

All of a sudden, I'm glad I can't get my scans right to post here. For some reason, I'm feeling a little inadequate right now.

Anthony, you seem to have found your own style.  I thought your Valiant work, although influenced by JB, just wasn't your own style.

Yeah, I figured out that trying to draw like JB would only limit
my progress.
JB's art has it's own evolution mine as well.
In the begining i was so influenced by his early X-MEN work
that i would rarely look at anything else-big mistake-I forgot to
be me.
Don't get me wrong Johns work is still an influence but now i
can appreciate the overall effect, not just how cool Wolverine
looks.
Thanks,
MAC
