Here is something else, that some of you may have seen in my Gallerie at comicartfans; It's from last july.

It's Sage as seen in X-Treme X-men (previously Tessa from the Hellfire Club). Currently member of New Excalibur.

Thanks a lot John, really appreciate that! I wanted a speedster on the team, so I decided to include Jesse Quick, but I re-designed the costume.

Excellent work Stephane!

George- That is beautiful!

Nice piece Didier!

MAC- that is great!

Flavio- Very cool feel to your work!

Marc- That is sweet, great Blue Beetle!

Marcus- Really nice, as usual! ;)

Darren- I love your comic dude.

George, and all, thank you.

To answer your questions. I like the character of Aurora a lot ( I wish I could write her even just a limited series... anybody from Marvel here ? ) and this costume is one of the greatest female super-hero costume ( IMO ).

As for the technical of the graphics, no inking ( yep, it is pencil ). I do a blue rough and then light box it. Then it is scanned and the colors are all done by computer. I tortured a Canadian Flag I found on the net to achieve the BG.

And Voil~{($~} !

Chris- your group shot: suggestion- you can draw Majestic's leg, just don’t place too much shadow, as it may conflict with Nightwing's contour. Also, what is your pencilling technique? How do you refine your sketch-to-pencil-to-ink?

Stephanie- I like the Smiley face button on Joker! I haven't seen that before, nice one. You've depicted his evil smile. Keep it up! Let's see more!

John, nice Dawn with wings! Very good. The wings are symmetrical, the pose is very nice- Any plans to ink and color this?

New Post!

Warrior of the Ages: Here is a poster of the BattleWorlds immortal Sol - Amazon Warrior! Here I illustrate how Sol lived and fought through every major era in history. In every time era, I conceptually illustrate her according to the style of that era. Included are (clockwise from top left) Ancient America (relief on Andean slab), Japan (rice paper illustration), Egypt (sandstone Hieroglyphics), Greece (red line vase art), India (multi armed goddess), Africa (African attire), Middle Ages Europe (King Arthur's Golden Knight stained glass), and her present day affiliation: Brazilian Special Ops Agent. Loira gostossa, ne?

The second piece of art is from the style guide.

Good work, guys. Let's keep drawing, keep learning!
