No prbs man, I love your work. Flicking back, I came across your Donna
Troy and a Spidy comic you drew when you were 21, they're amazing and
really humbling!
Actually I've spent the last 10-15 mins looking at a lot of your work.
I can tell straight away now who's work belongs to who, it's cool. You
guys are just as good as the big guns in comics today, if not better
than some!

Marc- Not too old but I saw a couple of gems from you on pages 72 and 79.
I was browsing through page 70 onwards that's where Darrens stuff is too.
later: 72 - Donna Troy - Thanks for the free art lesson Darren :) great stuff.
81- Spidy submission to marvel (Darren's)

Thanks, Chris. I was actually alluding to Darren's old stuff (smile)... but it's nice of you to consider my Ms. Marvel and Spider-Woman as gems. The compliment on my Spider-Woman is extra-appreciated as it was something that no one else deemed worthy to comment on. As you will find out soon enough, my work is regarded mostly as crap or unworthy of a single nice word from a lot of the "artists" on this board.

Marc- I'm sorry you feel that way! I really enjoy seeing your work and
I'm sure I've commented on quite a lot of your drawings? I for one
love your style!

Darren - lovely Powergirl. Are you going to continue to color it?
AJL - great job on the colors! You might want to pull the highlights just a bit more to make it pop! Very nice.

Nicely coloured Anthony.
Matt, "No" that's as far as I'm taking the PG piece.
Marc, it'd be easy for me to sit here and say "Don't feel so insecure
about your artwork." So I wont. I have a pal whose very shy when it
comes to showing others his artwork. (He may well be reading this)
This, I believe, has less to do with his artwork but of his own
confidence. I strongly believe that art and confidence are related.
I'd hate for you to feel like stopping posting your artwork as, agian
to me, there's nothing more exciting than watching an artist develop.
It is the most interesting stage for the artist.
Your learning thick & fast right now. Keep at it and keep your chin
up. People are not contracted to pass comment on everyone but it is
rude to ignore one person and I apologise if I have in anyway added to
your feeling that way, I'm sure everyone else will feel the same way.
Now, stop all this drama and get to the drawing board (Darren points
authoritarianly at the drawing board). Let's see more of what you got!
;-)
Regards,
Darren.
