Pretty good sketch, Darren. But I have one bit to critique. Cauliflower ears don't look like that. It looks like you were just trying to copy Byrne's Puck character. Otherwise, pretty nifty!

Very cool sketches, Darren. What do you do for a living? I find it hard to
believe that you're not producing a regular comic somewhere...

Mary; as someone who draws and loves the X-Men, just post some art.

(If I drew, I'd sure as hell be posting!)

Actually, as someone who doesn't really draw, I come here to live vicariously
through those who do. I haven't done much art in almost twenty years, and
it's great to have a thread where I can see what those with considerably
more talent and more drive than I are doing.

The only drama I'm here for is in people's linework.

Another sketch card... Spider-Woman this time. Not too thrilled with it as I was having a lot of trouble drawing her this evening. Well, for better or worse, here she is...

Al: What do you do for a living?

Hi Al, well I was made redundant from my regular job as a Mortgage Advisor a little over two years ago. Now I'm back in full time education, trying to get a lousy piece of paper that will prove that I have the credentials to work in a more creative bent!

I doing a little part time work as a concept artist for a small Platform Games Company.

Beyond that I soak up as many commissions as I can get.

Regards,

Darren.
