Here is a cover rough for issue# 2 of The Amazing Adventures of Captain Courage. It was inked by someone else that I wasn't crazy about.  I think I re-inked it, which I'll post if I find it.

I did this for an art challenge/tag game on another board...

I tried to make Ragdoll a little creepy, and decided that with his powers, I would throw out any conventional way of drawing (ie, trying to keep him proportionate, etc...) I'm fairly happy with how this turned out, tho there is likely room for improvement. If I got costume details wrong, I apologize... I only had Secret Six #4 on-hand for reference, and he's hardly on panel in costume that issue.

And, as for the "I've written a letter to daddy...", while finishing this, I was listening to the super-fabulous remix of Bette Davis' "I've Written A Letter To Daddy" by Thee Werq'n Bitches (www.theewerqnbitches.com). For those who don't know, this song comes from her movie "Whatever Happened To Baby Jane". I felt it fit Ragdoll

I've written a letter to Daddy
His address is Heaven Above
I've written Dear Daddy, we miss you
And wish you were with us to love
Instead of a stamp I put kisses
The postman said that's best to do!
I've written a letter to Daddy
Saying I Love You
