DANTON- Yo Darren, was it inked on Photoshop?

Nope, as with all my inking it was on the paper itself bud.

I tried using illustrator to ink a couple of years ago, encouraged as i was but some early successes. But quickly I came to feel that everything was a little 'samey' and it kind of robbed me of -my- line and replaced it with a smooth almost- 'perfect' line that just wasn't me. As such I stopped the experimentation and see it now as a tool but not one of my staple ones.

All that said is not meant to imply that a good job couldn't be done with vectors.

Darren,

you should try the tablet...

it does wonders to the level of work/lines you can do and erase if you choose to...
