It could be called John Byrne Presents and would cover the many
different ideas that JB comes up with. I know that this is unlikely to
happen because of the new deal with IDW and JB trying not to have
deadlines which I don't blame him one bit, but it would be cool to see a
book like that.
---
I mentioned that idea a number of days ago, and JB explained why it
wouldn't be an ideal situation. I don't recall deadlines being a
consideration though.

The character made an impression on me when he first appeared in
the backup stories of DU. Always hoped to see his origin and a good
battle royale with The Torch of Liberty.

Ditto Michael. It's probably the closest we'll get to seeing JB do
Captain America vs. Red Skull.

JB, he looks great. I hope we get to see more of him after his TRIO
appearance. Congrats to the one who commissioned it.

I like the way the drapery of the cloak defines the shape of the chair.
Brilliant plate mail and gauntlet on that left arm. You can almost feel the weight.

Yes, I do, Sean. It was on the second page of the current TRIO #3 -

I liked JB answer to your suggestion Wallace there could be a small chance to a book like that for what he said. And about the deadlines didn't me to confuse about that I read under his vacation topic that he wanted to get out from under them and get ahead on future projects. JB said that it would be a work vacation and I believe that he is working on his sic-fi story and wants it all done before IDW publish's it. This way he can stay ahead on things and not have to worry about any deadlines.

The more I look at it, there's something about the look & concept of Golgotha's cigarette that makes me laugh out loud (in a good way!).

Typically amazing commission!
