Where do villainous henchmen do their clothes shopping? A yellow sweatshirt with a swatchka emblazoned on the front? LOL!

Still, I'd like to read the issues.

Tangentially, it's amazing how long they kept Cap's 1960s post-ice origin. There were stories in the mid-1980s that referred to Cap
experiencing and living through Vietnam.
There were?

Unlike Quasar, who was a complete waste of space!

He's one of those characters that I had no problem with him showing up here or there as a guest star (or even a 4 issue limited series) but there just seemed to be nothing to him as a main character. As a kid, I would think that a character looked cool but wasn't interested in reading their monthly adventures.

Looking at that page, you can see a common failing in many colorists over the years. They'd spread a bunch of pages before them, "charge" their brush with a particular color -- let's say yellow -- and then fill in areas more or less at random until that color ran out. Rinse and repeat with a different color.

And that's not even factoring in the old standby, "when in doubt, blue!"

I like how the one yellow sweater Nazi is calmly bending over in the background like he's taking bran muffins out of the oven.

My local library posted this pic on their facebook not long ago and it made me wonder what this kid might think of Cap's new outfit?

No, you can see the wire from his headphones leading to the radio
equipment behind him.
