…Ya know, with all that's ridiculous and offensive about those pages, this might be an odd thing to single out, but somehow I really can't see an Amazon putting on a sailor's HAT while she's boinking him.Not unless she's from the universe where the hot delivery boy compliments the female customer on her apartment, and asks how big the bedrooms are.

The only character that springs to mind in Wonder Woman: Being raised on an island, solely occupied by females, the presence of males verboten.•• When I was working on WONDER WOMAN, this was a bit of "logic" I grew tired of very quickly. Seemed like I could not go into a chat room (as I did back then, before I grew wise) without someone insisting Diana had to be a Lesbian, for just this reason. It was invariably straight males who would make this claim, mind you. And when I asked them how long they'd have to be stuck on an island with their pals before the boys started looking good to them, they would dismiss it as "not the point". Can't imagine what the point IS, then!

At first I snickered to myself, but then I thought how sociopathic it would be to not only have "relations" with the sailors, but also interact in that way, knowing full well they were going to be speared and thrown overboard.
