William is back!  Good work.  Here's a lot of detail on a small part of a cover... probably not the part that makes it easy to solve... but we'll see!

The box surrounding what I've scribbled above is actually a picture frame.  So this is a framed picture in the b.g. of a fairly famous cover.  I don't want to mislead you, so know there is writing inside the picture frame above the picture that I have left out (for now).

Not sure if JB still looks in on this thread, but if so, I'd be curious if there's any story behind that Packard drawing appearing in the background. 

Here's a tiny detail from another cover... though it's probably the first thing your eye is drawn to!

Interesting...I'd not thought of the covers for OMAC.

My first thought was it's Mr. Hyde's mouth off Captain America #251 but it's the wrong position and angle.
