I never liked Frank's Power Man.  Too skinny and too much open space (colored blue) in the hair.

That cover looks to need a background.  I am glad I have that issue since it can't be reprinted...

I know this is sacrilege, at least until recently, but I was never that impressed with Frank Miller's art.  It was good in it's own way, but imo, never approached anywhere near JB's level.  I was VERY disappointed that JB didn't do the WOLVERINE mini-series.  I don't mean to take anything away from Miller, he is a great talent.

You know this isn't a Frank Miller website, right? :)

I'm not a huge fan of Miller's art. His stye has been lacking appeal for 2 or 3 decades imho.

Miller had very good storytelling in that he could go pages with action and no words, but I never had him "top ten artists of all time" or anything.

I would tend to agree in that Frank Miller's artwork never really grabbed me in the same way as that of my personal favorite triumverate (Kirby, Romita Sr., JB), and always felt that he was a much better writer than illustrator, and the reason I enjoyed the books he worked on while not being particularly enthused with the art.
