This is also why Dynamite is able to reprint DC's mid 80's Shadow stuff, since they now have the license.

Edited to add -Also why DC was able to reprint Marvel's Doc Savage run from the 70's.

The funny thing is I wouldn't even have seen (and still don't see) the NM cover as a swipe.

Edit: missed the skeletons in the water. I guess there is something of a swipe about that.

Scarlet Witch seems really freaked out about something. Is it her brother or is it ROM?
