Still think it's weird - the buildings turn up in adverts for films.•• There's a difference between a photograph and a drawing. In one, whatever happens to be in front of the camera will of course be in the picture (barring manipulation) and therefore falls under "fair use". But in the other, the artist has made a choice to include certain elements. Anyway, all this spring from the minds of lawyers, so sane people are not really expected to understand it.
