JB - I can't remember if this has been asked, but is Trio going to be All-Ages?

••

You should draw up some fake pages for PREVIEWS and to post around the internet, JB. Strippers with giant, fake boobs standing around (page after page) talking.

Just added this to my pull list yesterday. Seriously, can't wait to have the first issue in my hands.

Sadly, many pros, fans, and retailers these days don't know what "all ages" means. They think that "all ages" means campy or silly books that are aimed very young kids. They also wrongly believe that many of the Code approved all ages Marvel comics from the 70's,80's,and 90's (like Miller's DD run, your run on UXM,and your run on WCA) were not all ages comics because the death of Elektra, the Dark Phoenix Saga, and the whole Dark Scarlet Witch story were too violent for young kids.

Then you have books like the Marvel Adventure line that are so over sanitized and dumbed down, that crooks can't carry guns and Deadpool's name can't even be mentioned.

As for Trio (which I will be buying and reading), maybe you should add a tag line to the book that says either "ALL AGES SUPERHERO COMICS FOR MATURE READERS" or "MATURE
SUPERHERO COMICS FOR ALL AGES" or "THIS COMIC IS LABLED ALL AGES FOR SOPHISTICATED READERS" or "THIS COMIC IS SUGGESTED FOR SOPHISTICATED READERS OF ALL AGES".

If it's "All Ages", it doesn't need a label.

I wasn't suggesting that the book be "labeled" as being fir all ages. I was suggesting that the book get a tagline that pokes fun at all of those fans, pros, and retailers who have a warped perception about what a true "mature" or "all ages" comic is.

And I agree with you that an all ages comic does not need to be labeled.
