JB: I just thought it might be FUN if you guys didn't know EVERYTHING about the book MONTHS before it comes out. But, if Chris has already done the "reveal", it's this guy…

Wicked design, JB!

He looks cool, but I'm like Matt, I'd prefer to be surprised. I don't read Chris' blog so I would have missed this. I think I might have to skip this until the issue arrives from now on. Looking forward to some Trio fun.

You've outdone yourself JB! I'm an atheist but I just got the feeling that you are god in disguise -you know the secrets of creation-!
That character is AMAZING!

I trust JB won't post any spoilers here. I'll still in!

Gotta say, Trio looks like it will be a blast. I'm in for what I hope turns out to be a nice, long haul.

By the way, I remembered something from the Homage or Copy thread...

| Nathan, I'm actually hoping JB does a third cover like the FF #249 and Superman #8 with TRIO.

Just curious, did you plan that cover before Stephen made his post?

...y'know I was thinking how awesome it is that JOHN BYRNE is doing a full-on Superhero book and how I couldn't ask for anything I'd want more. But that's not quite right:
I also want an ART OF TRIO book.
(Seeing that Aqua-lookin' character design makes me want to see all of the early charcter design work for the series!)
I'd settle for a sketchbook section in the TPB.
