JB: There's over, and there's over!

AFTERMATH will continue with some of the familiar faces -- but will be a VERY different kind of book!

I wonder what all of you will think of it!

---

I hope Nathan shows up :)

Thanks JB for a great ride.  It was a dream to see this series return.

Any plans to collect this run, JB?  I haven't purchased a comic in almost 5 years, I think, and even this couldn't draw me in to the LCS . . . but I "missed" it because I have been planning (and hoping) to pick it up as a collection.

Thanks for sharing. Don't like to think that the series IS ending, especially after having it be so wonderfully revived, but hell ... I trust you will give it a quite the send-off.

I am very happy you will be continuing the story. I am currently down to one comic from M***** and after the DC relaunch I will only be getting only one (maybe two) from them so I have started to look elsewhere for my comic fix. I have enjoyed discovering titles from other companies but I really look forward to Next Men so losing that would have really removed some enjoyment from my reading habits.

Many of us have wondered over the years if we would ever get to read the end of their story. Thank you for making it possible. You love us, you really love us!

I'm not getting the "Nathan, I'm cold" reference. Where does that come from?

JB revealed years ago that if Next Men ever finished, that would be the last line of dialogue in the story.

Yes -- but it will be partially filled with the New Project I have already started, but am not at liberty to announce in detail just yet.

Then there will be "breaks" between arcs of each series, but staggered so, hopefully, there will be no Byrne Free months, and about half the time there will be two Byrne Books coming out.

Sounds like the good old days!

JB, how does it feel to have all of the main Next Men story out of your head and onto the printed page?
