It's sad to see the original story through to the end,but also very
gratifying to read and share with everyone here.

Thanks JB!! It's been a wonderful journey.

Now onward to Aftermath!! :)

Congratulations -- I'm looking forward to reading it.

Obviously, the journey did not go as you might have imagined when you started (at least, I'm assuming you didn't envision a decade-plus gap in publishing).  If I could ask (and if it won't spoil the issues that haven't been published yet), other than that gap, what were the biggest surprises for you along the way?

Sorry it'll have to end - but I'm certainly looking forward to AFTERMATH.

Congratulations, JB. Now if you could just finish that pesky Galactus story all of your writing "loose ends" will be taken care of. =)

Really though, I'm glad to see the opportunity came along to finish Next Men.

AFTERMATH will continue with some of the familiar faces -- but will be a VERY different kind of book!

I wonder what all of you will think of it!

I'm not worried. 26 years and you've never disappointed me.

Congratulations, JB.

You finally got to get this story down on paper.  Has the experience been what you expected in terms of fan reaction or personal satisfaction?

Congratulations, JB, on finally putting a close to a creative project that's spanned more than two decades (and I'm sure longer from the germ of an idea to the first issue).

I don't know if it's fair to call it your Magnum Opus -- after all, you're still producing, so it may yet come -- but if it ends up that way, you have every reason to be proud.  It's a brilliant work on many levels -- and I haven't even read the ending yet! -- but I just KNOW...
