I don't mind Superman's costume or Flash's or Batman's (even with the seems), but Wonder Woman's just feels lacking, even kind of dull.

And he did me a great Superman sketch, too!

What a great guy and artist. I'll follow Aquaman for the first time in my life just to admire his artwork (hoping that stories are good and not just a lead to a big Aquaman based storyline...).

OK, I stand corrected; I thought Stormwatch, the UN team could work in the DCU, but I just read that JLI is also a UN team. I'm not sure they need two UN teams, even if one seems to be a "black ops" team.

I find it mildly amusing that Cyborg is presented as an original Justice League member, to "diversify" the League (which I guess a Martian doesn't qualify for), and there is approximately less than 10 percent of Cyborg's black skin revealed to even show he is black.

And with Jim Lee's a**hole design, there's even less to suggest Cyborg is a black man. Black men are feared in white creator comics, just like in the real world. So I guess topicality really is being emphasized at the Nu DC.

I like that Reis actually has some of them smiling.  I don't mind Batman looking stern or even angry, but most of the others should be smiling.

If I were Superman, I'd never smile wearing that costume, especially now on Summer!

Wait. Wonder Woman lost her pants?!? Seems unlikely somehow.

When that Jim Lee JLA image was in Previews she had pants! Where are the pants!

Sorry about that don't know what came over me there...

This seemed somewhat appropriate to post here.

Ivan Reis...what a brilliant artist!

Ah, in different times, he could have been the next Jose Luis Garcia Lopez...!

Why does Superman look like Frankenstein's monster in the Justice League drawing?

Is the new DCU incarnation of Stormwatch still a UN team though? I believe Paul Cornell described them in one of the Comic-Con Panels as an organization that goes back centuries.
