The Hundred Penny Press edition of John Byrne's Next Men #1 is scheduled for June 15, 2011. That's a good inexpensive issue to give to others to show them the goodness of John Byrne's Next Men!

That reprint was solicited in LAST month's edition of the Diamond Previews catalogue. As well as the new TPB containing the latest issues (#(3)1) and up)

The Hundred Penny cover above has a definite Gil Kane feel to it, especially for Jazz.

I like that they are releasing the first issue for a buck.  I really like how IDW is making the original series available in different formats and forms so people have the option to experience the series after checking out the recent issues.

You and me both, Tim! It's JB's best work, and I'm hoping more and more
people will give it a try.
