I just noticed something. With issue #30, the explosion seems to be behind them and catching them off guard. For issue #39, Beth and Nathan, if it is even Nathan (Could be Thomas Kirklans's brother) they are watching the explosion.

I'm more asking re: why in the world Tshombe thinks THAT is possibly who would be in the silhouette of 39's cover?

I'm loving that cover from #39.

It makes me very anxious!

I just got the tiniest (like, microscopic) bit of hint on what JB has up next, from Chris Ryall on a Lego website of all places.

I won't post anything here or direct anyone there unless JB says it's OK.  He really doesn't give much of anything away.

He told me something, but not much of anything, on Twitter.

???

In the 34/4 thread, someone thought GIL was "Thomas Kirkland's younger brother".

JB hasn't drawn that kid since 1991! I guess he made an impression.

Maybe IDW needs to talk to JB about a 'Thomas Kirkland's Younger Brother' monthly...
