Even tho I've read the issues, I don't remember the Living Brain at all.

Brian, it was the same issue where Peter boxes Flash. The Living Brain goes on a rampage at the high school.

Love the Lizard (and know nothing at all about the Living Brain). Is he a pain in the neck to draw? There's a lot of detail to be rendered with all those pits and crevasses on his skin.

Great stuff! Not very familiar with the Living Brain (thought he was a Nova villain), but so happy to see the Lizard. Thank for sharing.

Bill, the villain you're thinking of may be Dr. Sun, a Tomb of Dracula foe imported into Nova. He was later responsible for possessing Herbie the robot in Fantastic Four.

This has always been my favorite era of Spider-man! I love John Romita and Gil Kane but Steve Ditko's Spider-man is the best to me. I wish he could've done 100 issues and his version of the characters was the model for them. Very few artists see the brilliance that he had and channel it in their work and JB can channel it well. The Living Brain! WOW!
