That would make a great cover.

••

Actually (!!) it would make a pretty bad cover. No room for the logo. And if the elements were shifted to make room, the balance would also shift, and the framing effect of Stiltman's legs would be lost.

Remember, I made the same observation about THIS ONE. Dave's cover would make a bad poster because of all the dead space at the top, while my drawing would make a bad cover because there's nowhere to put the logo.

Yours sure looks great on my wall!  See page four of the thread JB linked to for proof!

I love when my commissions come up as examples.  =0)

Wow JB!  That reimagining is so much more dynamic than the original.  That looks awesome!

Very cool, JB!! Love your re-imaginings and an added plus is seeing you do characters like DAREDEVIL which you've never been associated with.

Great composition!!! Did it come easily?

-C!

Electro looks awesome. Also, I love the way you render metalic objects. I cant take my eyes off of Stilt Man's leg.

1) Great cover!

2) Yeah, Daredevil DID need to borrow Spider-Man's rogues gallery. Badly!

Yeah, JB is one of the few artists that can make characters
like Frog Man and El Matador seem cool. Great piece.

I still want a creator to take up the challenge of doing a
Captain Ultra and Frog Man series and make it work. The
very idea amuses me...

Great commission JB!

Count me as another who thought that DD got the shaft when it came to great villians (although El Matador and Stilt-man, not to mention Tri-man*, are personal favorites).
