I've never heard of Galatcta until today, but there she is on the ol' google search:"Galacta is the estranged daughter of Galactus and has been living on Earth for an undetermined amount of time in the guise of a Human Woman named Gali." Galacta was an Assistant-Editor's Month style gimmick character that was created by Adam Warren for Marvel On-Line and has since gone on to appear in the two-issue Asst. Editor's mini-series and her own one-issue special. She's basically the "Galactus' Eating-Disorder-Blog" joke from Gail Simone's "You'll All Be Sorry" column transferred to another character. I don't think she's intended to be any more canonical than Chris Giarrusso's Mini-Marvels are, but I could be wrong about that...
