Where a handful of these images goes wrong for me (aside from the weird addition of goo-gads and whatzits) is the range of emotion on Galactus' face. He should be stoic and inscrutable. Frankly, I'm not even fond of him looking directly at mortals, since it suggests him giving them more of his attention than he should. Mortals, even super-powered ones, should be little more than gnats in his opinion. And you don't outwardly seethe or scrutinize a gnat. You just swat it and keep on with what you were doing before it annoyed you.
