I find that Bob Layton pic a bit odd -- from the length of the legs and the smallness of Galactus' head, I'd assume that the 'camera' is low down, looking up at Galactus. But given the extreme foreshortening on the left arm, I'd have to assume that the hand of that arm has to be closest to the 'camera'. Just seems off to me.
