after digging around, I'd say that Lim's Galactus is very much on model with JB's.

That image in post 3 has got to be the wonkiest application of perspective I have seen in many a year! The camera angle is downward, but the proportions of the figure diminish upwards, as if Galactus is being viewed from below!
