Galactus vs Terminus seems to be done more than you'd think. That fight would last about 3 seconds if Terminus was really lucky.•• Terminus could defeat Galactus, because he'd cheat! No, wait, that's Batman. . . .

I'm in the process of binding The Last Galactus Story (again), this time I'm putting in additional material such as original art and letter pages. As I was scanning in the letter pages I came to the one that caused me both joy......and eventually pain.

I met Wiacek back in the early 90's and even got him to ink a Mark Bagley sketch of Nightcrawler at that meeting. He was an absolute class act and took a lot of time to critique a young inker in a constructive manner.

I never understood that Batman/ Captain America argument... Really, Captain America's never fought anyone who cheated before? He'd never see that coming? Cheating is like his kryptonite or something...? Ah, well... Eric, I had a similar conference with Carl Potts in San Diego many years ago. Definitely a treasured memory! Back to the thread topic: Galactus is cool!!! :-)

Archie Goodwin, Bob Wiacek, Terry Austin, John Byrne.... I used to love Marvel when those young go-getters were there.
The fate of Epic Illustrated and Part 10 of The Last Galactus Story is almost the definition of Sod's Law.
