I collect items from the 1964 World's Fair. So far I have the Guide Book and some new books. Does anyone have pictures of Wax Superman? Perhaps a young JB himself visited the Fair?

The company that sold these X-Ray specs was called "Honor House" looks more like a membership ad for the Future Perverts of America. Look at the expression on this guy.

When I was seven or eight years old, I talked my parents into buying me the "Monster Sized Monster" Frankenstein Monster. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but I was SO disappointed when it arrived and turned out to be the crappiest monochrome poster I'd ever seen.

At least they remembered that it's "an" in front of a word that starts with an "h".

I swear this ad was in every comic from the mid to late 60's. Still my children won't believe that "Ducky" from NCIS was ever a teen idol! Noman personally wants me to subscribe! How can I resist?

At least they remembered that it's "an" in front of a word that starts with an "h". ************** Now that's funny. That was exactly the first thing I noticed, as well.

I made a reference to "X-Ray Specs" last night with my wife, and then had to explain what I meant. She did not read enough comics growing up.
