I never would have imagined 3 plus years ago, when I ordered Tomb of Dracula...I would be requesting DEVIL DINOSAUR! JB takes the best elements of each character and always finds a way of making the un-cool....F'N' cool!

Great idea coloring in the dinosaur first before inking. I have always wondered how someone wouldavoid smudging the ink when using a magic marker.
Would you consider doing a color version of Superman against the black and white cityscape? It reminds me of the old Neal Adams Superman covers.

Now I'm thinking the Hulk and She-Hulk pieces would look good with green in them.
Devil Dinosaur was a favorite of mine when I was a kid. I was 10 when it came out, and I collected all 9 issues. That comic gave me my first taste of a few things: "The Hunt," collecting a book's entire run, the letdown of cancellation, and it also taught me to notice artists and writers. I bought the $30 hardcover omnibus, which reproduces the run very nicely, although I was hoping for more "special features."

I'm a big fan of working mixed-media - especially pen and ink with chalk pastels. I always draw out what I want first, then do the chalk, then do the ink so the black is crisp and clear and not muted by the pastel colour.
I guess it really depends on the effect you're going for, though.

I'm almost totally ignorant of this character, but I like the commission -- it's really fun and action packed, as if all hell is breaking loose. Nice backgrounds and the red colouring adds to the energy. Love the sky. Edited to correct a spelling mistake

So far there have been two commission pieces to which I have added color, coincidentally both for Clint. In both cases, it was a single color, that added a little something extra to that particular commission. I do not really offer "color" commissions, and I don't anticipate a time when I will.

As much as we admire Clint's collection, let's not forget to admire him for what he does. Thanks again, Bro!
Oh, and great piece, JB!
