Even with perks like the gloves the belt buckles, and the yellow chest emblem, that is basicly the same outfit. Doesn't matter who draws it, it's still the same ---------------------------------------------------- I'm not going to disagree that it is basically the same costume, as there is a lot of wiggle room in saying that. Specifically, the question was whose 'only' look was in place in their first appearance. Different colours, different cowl, different symbol, different belt, different gloves. Maybe it's just semantics, but to me, that's a different look. Edited to add: when he first appeared he had a different cape as well
