The McRib shows up once a year or so for a few weeks in the McDonald's in my area.

Great. Now I have to stop by the store tonight and get a couple containers.
David, there are plenty of those Doritos in my area's grocery stores... They're now in dark-colored bags with neon style lettering with the words "Tacos After Midnight" on 'em. Must be a limited edition run or something Here's another one from me not related to food: The original Pirate Show at the Treasure Island hotel/casino in Las Vegas...

O'Grady's "The Works" - the best God-damned mother-f*cking potato chip EVER! I seem to recall Wise or Lays attempting their own version a few years ago - a pale imitation, unworthy of its heritage!

Kevin, thanks for the info on the Clark Bars.
Does anybody remember the Arch-Deluxe burger at McDonalds? I remember the commercial showing Ronald at a nightclub while the narrator talked about McDonalds new grown up taste. Funny thing was, my city was the test region for it. So we had the burger before anybody. It was one of the few burgers from there that I actually liked. Probably a good thing it's gone; save me a bout of heart disease.

But is this the same flavor as the mid-1980s "Taco Doritos"? I think there have been other attempts to make something similar since then, but nothing that quite matches up with that original version.
How about the short-lived coffee-infused Coca-Cola? I was just starting to enjoy that stuff when it disappeared from the shelves.
At the absolute top of my list is Jell-O Pudding Pops. I think it's been almost 20 years (at least 15) since I've had one, and Bill Cosby hasn't answered any of the letters I've sent asking him to take action.
