It's so gratifying that an Alpha Flight thread has grown to 19 pages.  Alpha Flight  was such an interesting, enjoyable book, and the characters were perfect the way JB left them.  All Marvel did was ruin them after JB left the book.  I don't understand why it's so hard to return the characters to the way they were when they worked.

there was something about the ultimate guardian that made a little ill. The globes on his arms looked like he was doing that pseudo-medical procedure, belling I think it's called.

Those are really pretty, especially the top one.  Who's the artist on that?  I'd love to get a Timm or Cooke style piece done of AF.

On eBay now, pretty nice page.

That's Ken Steacy - he did some work in the 80s - I remember a few Iron Man stories in Marvel Fanfare - in fact, I only really remember him from Marvel Fanfare - he also did, with JB (over JB?) the cover to a Greatest Superman Stories volume.  And... if I remember correctly... some sort of early computerized comic?

I like that Finch piece.  May have to visit ebay about that Alpha Flight page!
