I actually enjoyed Mignola on the book. It was why I kept buying it. _________________________ I've only read Alpha Flight when Byrne was on the title. I wonder how good are those Mignola issues.

I Liked the Mignola and the Dave Ross artwork that followed JB's run; but It was obvious that writer Bill Mantlo had absolutely no idea what to do with a Canadian super team.

I'll say this for the shot with Beta Ray Bill et al...at least Guardian's outfit has a recognizable maple leaf, as opposed to the red blotch I've seen in many images posted in this thread so far.

I've only read a couple of things written by Mantlo, so I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't know how to handle the title.

As did Rom.I actually liked the Omega Flight mini. I thought Oeming told a pretty neat story with status quo he was given.

I liked Mantlo's work on Marvel Team-Up, Peter Parker, Cloak and Dagger and The Micronauts to go along with his work on The Hulk and Rom.< ="text/">_popupControl();

Did a Shaman figure ever get made, other than the odd custom?
