Finally, here she is by Paul Smith in X-Men 172, where she begins to rapidly
de-age. I suppose it could have come from that smooch with Logan.

Dazzler's series is not canon. Rogue showed up in issues of Ms Marvel that weren't published. I think she was young and Mystique's daughter. Anyway, keep up the good work exposing continuity mistakes from over 29-25 years ago guys. We'll get justice yet.

Before that, she appeared in 171 when she came groveling to the X-Men for help --

and this head shot--

The art is by Walt Simonson and Bob Wiacek.

It's considered as such in X-MEN, at least as regards Rogue and Dazzler.

Here she is in X-Men 244 by Silvestri and Green. Clearly she's gotten
anorexic, especially when you compare this to the Springer/Colletta above.
Who can resist Rob Liefeld in X-Men 245, where she's got some serious
hair issues.

I'd given up on the series long before this appearance and always wondered
how such a minor character as Rogue ended up playing such a large part in
the X-Men films.
Now I know.
Rogue as Magneto's mistress:

Must be two different characters, the old Rogue has white streaks on the side of her hair, while young Rogue has a streak down the middle. ;)
When the foil-hologram-diecut cover, fully painted miniseries by Slum N, Hollywood-Ryter is released we will know for sure. (Well our grandkids will)

Jim Starlin pulled the same trick in his Avengers/Marvel Two-In-One wrap-up to his 70's Thanos stories, by referencing unpublished -- and probably unwritten -- stories from a canceled series as if they had actually "happened." I'm not sure if the practice was brilliant or maddening.
