I enjoyed working on She-Hulk, but I have paid as little attention as humany
possible to what happened to/with her since my day.

********

JB, I think I remember you saying that when you left She-Hulk with issue 50, you had told most of the stories you wanted to tell with her.  Now that over a decade has passed, do you have any more stories you would like to tell with She-Hulk?

Nothing immediately springs to mind. But, as Howard Mackie will tell you, if
an editor was to call me up tomorrow and say "Wanna do SHE-HULK again?"
by Wednesday I'd have a year of plots.

JB definitely did a lot to help make She-Hulk popular and more than just a female knock-off of The Hulk, but don't forget to give Roger Stern some credit, too.

Give Roger ALL the credit! He fixed her, I just took it from there!

Brian: Jason, the new Savage She-Hulk mini-series doesn't star Jen.  It features Lyra, the recently introduced test-tube daughter of the Hulk and Thundra.

That's completely incorrect!

Sorry, bit bleary-eyed here. Jen is definitely in at least the first two issues of the new series - moreso issue 2 than issue 1. It would be great if the new book kickstarts a new level of interest in the character, to the extent that we get a couple of trades collecting the entire JB run.

Simon, the new Savage title does have Jen in it, yes, as one of the many adversaries this new Lyra character battles, but Lyra is the star.  The title refers to her.

So now the Hulk has 3 adult children running around -- two having their own "Hulk" titles?!?!? Marvel and DC keep making the same mistakes over and over again and don't seem aware of it until the latest CRISIS or BRAND NEW DAY is already necessary.

So as not to cause thread drift I'll add that I would love to see JB get a crack at She-Hulk again someday. Let's hope for a changing of the guard at Marvel soon!

Jeff, I'm curious.  I know (a little) about the offspring the Hulk left behind in the Planet Hulk series, Skaar, Son of the Hulk (how he got so old so fast, I have no idea...) and now this new Lyra.  Who is the third child of the Hulk?

Three kids? Man, I hope they don't turn the Hulk into a dead-beat dad or
any such thing.
