Hello John.

How do you feel about She-Hulk in 2009 ?
It's a character who own you a LOT ! You're kind of a second father to her.
You're the man who keep her from being a "background character", or 2nd zone hero and turn her into a real character, with real personality, meeting real interresting heroes and adventures. Also give her real clothes.

So.
Do you think that Jen's character has the potential to be pushed more, maybe becoming a Wonder Woman ?
Would you still be interrested by doing her adventures, as a solo or part of a team ? Or do you think you're "done" ?
Any plans or "never telled stories" in mind ?

Thank-you,
David

I enjoyed working on She-Hulk, but I have paid as little attention as humany
possible to what happened to/with her since my day. (Boinking Juggernaut?
EW!!!)

Jason, the new Savage She-Hulk mini-series doesn't star Jen.  It features Lyra, the recently introduced test-tube daughter of the Hulk and Thundra.

JB, I don't know if it helps much or at all, but Dan Slott retroactively saved Jen from that fate worse than death by establishing that the Jennifer Walters of Earth-B (the parallel world where Reed is the Thing) slept with the Juggernaut, not our Jen.  It was a pretty funny scene, I thought...

Well, it's only fair if DC is going to become more and more like Marvel...

Wasn't it during Roy Thomas' tenure as EIC and Avengers scribe that Marvel took on the dubious concepts of Earth-S, Earth-B, and Counter-Earth? That was some time ago...

I was ok with the whole Earth- B idea with DC.  I think it gives a writer more material to work with.  At anytime you could knock off Earth Z's Batman if the story called for it without worring about the new Batman movie planned for 2012.  Although I don't think there are enough Earths to find a Jimmy Carter that was a good president.  (Just a little humor for all the Bush bashers)

Really?  Well that is even worse than I had originally thought!

Sometimes people post things about new comics from Marvel that are so utterly ridiculous sounding I just cannot believe they're true.

And yet they are. Sad.

To quote John Carpenter's THE THING:  "You've gotta be f**king kidding."

Multiple realities/Earths can be fun, but perhaps should be used sparingly.

And JB's run on She-Hulk was incredible. The She-Hulk GN is still one of my favorites.
