Mxyzptlk! That'd be fun! And when someone tricked me into saying
"Nollohjoe" outloud any harm I may have caused would be undone.

Yup.

I think my runner-up would be the Molecule Man.

A Ditko-style one with a gimmick and lots of cool gadgets.  For example, the Green Goblin, Binary Bug, The Prowler, etc.

Carmen,

The only real downsides to being Leader Desslok as a supervillain (besides being defeated constantly and having two homeworlds get blown up on his watch) would be that without his cape, people would mistake him for some evil chauffeur and snarky heros would have a field day with his voice (ala the Blue Meanie leader from Yellow Submarine).

Three pages in and nobody has said Darkseid? Okay. DARKSEID! Now great Darkseid must contemplate how you pathetic mortal curs shall pay for showing such disrespect to my personage by not naming me sooner.
