You should check that out, but considering that they are unique pieces of art and not mass produced, it doesn't seem to me that copyright would HAVE to be an issue.  But, as stated check it out with some legal people... heck there are plenty around in here to be sure. ;)

And your work does keep astonishing me.

They are really fun to do, I wish Hasbro would let me design a line of these, hell I would even work for free. I think these would sell well for them, all the guys that are into comics and wanting to get their daughters involved in their hobby.

Have you considered trying to contact Nicholas Cage to show him your Ghost Rider Pony? As big a comic book fan as he is if you could pique his interest he might be able to assist with some A-level influence and contacts to get you started on a new career as a Super Pony designer.

William thanks for such a nice post and honoring me with your 1500.

No I haven't, but if  a George Lucas Mighty Mugg got me a chance to meet him, I am going to start one tomorrow. :0) insert wolf whistle . Chuck and I have a deal, if Shannon Tweed ever hits on him, I will let him go with my blessings. Mine is George Lucas.

Kevin that picture is GREAT!

I was thinking I would do something fun, I am making Captain America for myself and Deadpool for a friend, but then the next one I do, if it isn't against the rules I am going to do a drawing (no cost to people putting in name) to give it to someone on the forum. I am going to make a well known character then have anyone interested in putting their name in a hat, so I can pull out a name and the person will get it. I'll do one twice a year. Does this sound like fun or is it lame?

It sounds really lame, Jodi... if by lame we mean incredibly generous and cool, of course.

And I believe I've said it before, but I'm utterly amazed by how you can so utterly turn these durn ponies into all of these superheroes, where you mostly get it picture perfect for getting the character visually!  Hat off and head bowed, respectfully.

You silly people...Jodi doesn't want money. Well she might...she wants you
to do tricks. And grovel. And beg. Then, and only then might you get a
pony.

My rash is almost healed from what I had to do for my pony. I have get
some more ointment from the doc soon.
