After staring at this up close and personal, I just stepped back away from my desk and looked again.  Ugly bugger is stepping right off my screen. The more I look at this one, the more I like it!

That's a beauty of an ugly!   I'm not as versed in Marvel Monster comics as I probably should be... can someone explain what the "S" necklace is about?

It's interesting that the werewolf is the only one in the monsters series that
doesn't have a moon in the background.

Thanks, Clint!  Amazingly, I don't think I own a single comic with Simon in it and I have no memory of hearing about him in more than 30 years of collecting Marvels.  Have to check him out!
