Here is a sneak peak at what I am currently working on. This is the back of the box for a Mighty Muggs custom:

My plan was to only do Guardian, but in order to get the box art completed I had to design Northstar, Aurora and Shaman. Now I have been bitten by the customizing bug and think I will do all of Alpha Flight. It just so happens that a local discounting store had a bunch of Muggs for $9.99 Canadian so I cleaned them out. Now it is just a matter of me getting all my ducks in a row. If I end up doing additional customs it would ONLY be for Byrne forum folks and I don't plan on customs other than Alpha Flight. I will keep you posted. Look for pics of the figure and box soon.

Thanks for posting that Eric, looks great!
I'm looking forward to seeing Guardian completed.
Definitely show a bunch of pics when you'e done!

*just a gentle reminder that Guardian's 'eyes' are yellow.

Hi Everybody!

Guess which Artist inspired me to make this Custom(I'll give you a hint...it's not Dave Cochrum).

Welcome to the Forum, Dana.

That's a nice Cyclops you've got there. Well done.

Add me to the welcome brigade, Dana! And that is an exceptionally done
custom, especially the work on the head.

Thanks for the welcome everybody! New to the Forum...but a long time Byrne Fan. To be honest...on the CYCLOPS Custom...all I can really take credit for is the Painting of the Head,

The Head was sculpted by Troy Younger...who as you can see is quite talented. Troy does some sculpting for Jay Piscopo & myself for our fledging Toy Company Nemo Toys. I do some sculpting myself...but minor alterations to existing Heads from the Mego Era.

BTW...the Darksied posted, was done by my friend Jason Roberts. Probably the BEST Mego Customizer in the hobby.
