Damn, between all this fan speculation about what might've been, plus the fact that I just bought the TPB of JB's run and am rereading these stories this week for the first time in a long time, I really wish I knew what JB was going to do, story-wise.  I hope JB realizes how much his work has touched us all, to inspire this kind of speculation 20+ years later.

JB, any chance of giving us a few tidbits (or more?) of what plot developments we were deprived of when your run was cut short?

What would happen if Bruce remembered where he goes when the Hulk takes over...stuff like that.

***

It would be maddening for him because he'll finally realize he created a bomb only to achieve something which will only make things worse.  The universe Banner is in, when the Hulk is out, is something from his own creation.  Loneliness and calm.  It has to be a mini-verse where The Hulk doesn't need to have thoughts of harming humans?

Besides it would explain why Banner would become addicted to becoming The Hulk, Chad?
