"And there are more like us everyday!"

Hmm. I read that as "And I like us more everyday!"

Maybe my needy side is showing through... I'm good enough. I'm smart
enough. And doggone it, Geoff Gibson likes me!

even the "Presidential" thread seems to have disappeared for a while.

Awwww I think the presidential thread is missing it's little ol pain in the ass liberal. (Bats eyes and smiles coyly.)

Edited to add: I like you too Al!

No doubt.  And nothing is being said right now of any real interest before the Primaries.  Except for McCain's lame ad.

Every board needs a couple of threads like this...goodwill, cameraderie, fun, and on occasion...just plain silliness.

Well, Betty's home -- uncomfortable and complaining... just like a woman!

Not that I envy her the treatment, but... bitch, bitch, bitch.  She's laying at my feet whining right now, uncomfortable.  Poor thing.  I love her so much.

Every thread needs a spot of just plain silliness from time to time,
Brian.

That's what we're here for, isn't it?

Why do I picture Al and Brian as Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy?

Nah. One of us would have to be thin.

I meant more the gestalt really, not physical appearance. There is a definite
Laurel and Hardy vibe.

Thin is a relative term. Compared to Dom DeLuise, I'm downright anorexic.
