Oh man, I loved Wacky Packages.  They were hysterical.  There's a book out now that celebrates them.  Funny, I still remember the product packaging but a whole generation probably doesn't get the full impact of the joke as much anymore.

This was a real funny weekend for me. First there was the tsunami risk and people panicking and leaving their beach houses in full stampede. All of my friends wanted to go and I convinced them to stay. Which was good because last night I found out that one of my college friends (we were not really close, though) was gay. I had no idea , but I should have realized it. I haven't talked to him since 2008 . I had a huge crush on him . And now I'm thinking that if only I had noticed it back then ... it's the exact situation I had with one of my best friends. He moved to Europe and just when he moved I found out he was gay and I had always felt really attracted to him.

And by the way Juan José, I loved those White Rabbit  also.

Hey Arc, if you can find that guy and track him down, go for it!

And Arc, I don't recall you inviting any of us to join you at the beach house.  I'm hurt.

You know who else has never invited us to his beach house?  Geoff Gibson.

Just sayin'.

Ed Aycock: I found out he is in Facebook, Twitter and he has a blog too:

http://homo-stylus.blogspot.com/search?updated-max=2009-08-3 1T20%3A32%3A00-07%3A00&max-results=7

If you take a look at it you'll see his pics, he lives in the district right next to mine (which you can see in the pics) , It would take me around 20 or 30 minutes on foot to go there.

I've found out a lot of things about him on line . And I think it would be easy to send him an email but I'm sure he doesn't remember my name. But I now that if he looks at me he will remember me. So I'm still not sure about what am I going to do .

And I say this to everyone : all of you are welcome to travel all the way to Peru and if you do, the least I can do is invite you to my friend's beach house (as long as summer lasts).

Al Cook: I think I'll try not to get obsessed with this guy , which is something that has happened before and always with bad results.
