Of course, Moyer. Tiger Woods proves it also.
This was just some damn Catholic textbook trying to freak us out.

but if Jodi needs to hear from me then I will speak up.
Awww thanks Don, I miss a more active thread here.
Facebook is great but there is some feature of secrecy on it I don't like, I have a girlfriend that keeps wanting to have "private" conversations which are really just "behind the back, bitchy let's talk about people" conversations. I honestly try to go by what my grandma always used to say "If you can't say it in front of people, it probably ain't worth sayin'"
Ed since you will be in the city how about meeting up? I'll treat.

Jodi, I'd love that. Has your son been up to see the Seinfeld diner yet? It's in my neighborhood as is the Cathedral of St. John the Divine, Columbia U. (where they filmed Spider-Man and every Marvel character seems to have visited), the apartment building from "Enchanted" and Grant's Tomb.
And me!
And of course, you have to go to Midtown Comics on 40th and Seventh.

Ed I sort of know where you are , we went on the world's best bus tour with a guy that has lived in NY his whole life and loves it. All of those things we have drove by, but not the diner. I am so excited to get together, I missed the chance to see Al and Moyer which sucked :0(
I've been to Midtown and love it!!!!

I have a bot of the same problem on FB...I get requests to be friends from friends of my wife...I don't want to insult them but, I am not the same person my wife is...and many of them would find some of my posts offensive, I let my wife vet the requests for me, to avoid any conflicts.

AW, you're the sweetest Ed! Getting up there and having somewhere to crash isn't the problem, it's mostly trying to either
a) arrange it WITH my partner, who needs to balk at all my ideas, timing, where we stay, what we will do AND
b) try to arrange it WITHOUT my partner who then makes me feel guilty I am trying to do so...sigh... but getting him to arrange time off takes months to arrange... we can't be spontaneous AT ALL

D.C. Gay Marriage Bill passes preliminary vote. Odd that it needs to be voted on twice. Hopefully it'll go through. It's really petty that Catholic Church officials threatened to withhold their social services from the city if the bill passes.

It's not just petty, it's downright unChristian.

Or quite Christian, depending on your point of view. This is the same church that put people to death for not converting, remember.
