OH NY is just awesome. If I hadn't froze my balls off last X-Mas, I'd want to go again!
The subway is quite an event, whenever I take it. Us southerners are easily amused at even the slightest thing. It is funny that you are so close to other people, but are supposed to act like you don't care, or that they exist. One time I was on a subway from Brooklyn to Manahattan (summer of '02) and this crazy magician came on and gave an impromptu magic show. It was so awesome. I still have his card. I tipped him. Magic Lorenz, then seconds, SECONDS after he left the car, a short, dumpy asian lady walked on with home-made jewelery for sale, on EVERY SQUARE INCH of her body. We laughed so hard... I think that was the last time I laughed like that.
Jodi, we ARE MEETING!!! I will be so close the Memphis area, in the Millington/Atoka area. We have to make it happen on Friday or Saturday!!! I have my own car, and know my way around pretty good, plus I have a GPS. I don't make it up there but for every 4-6 months usually. LETS MAKE IT HAPPEN GIRL!!!

Then a mariachi band got on and played until the next stop, when we got off Chuck laughed and said where else but NY could he see his wife attack a black guy and see a live a mariachi band, all within 10 mins. ___________________________ That's a great anecdote. Real funny too. I have no subway stories, I visited New York in 2000 for a few weeks, but I always had somone to drive me around, so I never took the subway. I do have heavy traffic stories, but those can hardly be fun.

True, Arc. Even celebs who know the city know when to take the subway to avoid traffic.
I saw Cynthia Nixon on the train a few years ago. She was noticed but nobody bothered here.

I posted 'em on Facebook, and there was a slight change of plans with the shorts, I got better shorts that worked with the outfit better.

That's fine, it adds to the authenticity.
Good job!
I cannot remember the last time I dressed up for Halloween.
