Funnily enough, a friend of a friend from BC was in town this weekend and was dying to find a place to watch "Mad Men" so I offered my place.

We discussed poutine.

Poutine is amazing!  I make it at home sometimes since I miss not being able to get them anymore.  I ramp it up a notch and will put a layer of mashed potatos on the bottom.  So that is mashed potatos, fries, cheese curd, and gravy.  Yes it really is that unhealthy for me!
